What shipping company do you use to send orders?
We primarily use the United States Post Office to ship all orders. They’re able to reach all areas of the contiguous United States in a timely manner and they even deliver on Saturdays. We include USPS Express or Priority Mail shipping for free with every order.
Can I have my eyeglasses shipped using Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS)?
Of course! We’ve added an option where you may upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS during checkout for an additional fee. We guarantee FedEx and UPS shipments and will refund your added fee if it’s not delivered on time–no questions asked!
Do you ship signature required?
No, we do not require a signature when shipping our eyeglasses. That way, you can receive your glasses even if you’re not home when they’re delivered.
Do you ship to France?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to France.
