Can I exchange my glasses if I get them and they don’ t fit properly?
If your glasses don’t fit properly, you can return the glasses and choose a replacement pair within 14 days from the day you receive your glasses. Simply send an email to email@example.com and we’ll process your exchange right away. We want you to be happy with your eyewear!
Is there a charge for choosing a new frame?
Not at all. We will even pay for the return shipping for U.S. orders. At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping for international orders.
How do I go about exchanging my eyeglasses for a different pair?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for domestic orders!
What happens to the pair of eyeglasses I send back to you?
We donate all exchanged eyeglasses frames and lenses. You can rest assured, the original eyeglasses you ordered are going towards a good cause!
